A Request for Determination of Applicability to install a 180.5 ft. wind turbine in the buffer zone of a Bordering Wetland, located within the paved parking/loading area and grassed area, at the rear of the shopping plaza.

A Notice of Intent to reconstruct and improve an existing stone revetment and stairway on a coastal bank, including construction of a temporary access ramp.
